Table of Contents

At the start, Gao Zhi didn’t know much about Trend Global or even what the company truly did. His only goal was to complete the 10-weeks of internship and move on.

But life had other plans for him. Little did he know that this would be a life-changing decision that would shape not only his career but also his perspective on life.

“Either you be the one who succeeds with us, or be the one who witnesses our success.”

-Sany Low ( CEO Trend Global)

A Journey of Learning and Mastery

Initially, Gao Zhi faced challenges, particularly with understanding the business model and the world of digital marketing.

“I often worried and let fear take over,” he recalls.

But as he dove deeper into Trend Global’s training and mentorship, everything began to click. With the right mindset and by learning to master the market, he found that success was not just possible but predictable. He realized that “everything can be calculated”—success came down to setting the right goals and executing them with precision.

From there, Gao Zhi’s transformation was nothing short of remarkable. In just 100 days, he created 100K in sales and stabilized his ability to generate at least 30K per month. But he didn’t stop there—soon, he achieved an incredible milestone: 100K in a single month. After 10 months of his internship, he had became a team leader – guiding others to succeed in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Overcoming Personal Challenges

Despite these achievements, the road wasn’t easy. Gao Zhi had to overcome personal hurdles that were beyond the professional realm. As an introverted person, speaking and presenting were not his strengths. But at Trend Global, he was given the opportunity to share his experiences in front of others, with more than 100 opportunities to speak publicly. This, he believes, has been one of his biggest personal growth areas.

“Leadership requires the ability to speak,” Gao Zhi says.

Through constant practice, he developed the confidence and skills needed to lead a team and inspire others.

The People That Changed Everything
For Gao Zhi, the best part of Trend Global wasn’t just the financial success or the skills he gained—it was the people he met along the way. He describes meeting “noble people” in his life, such as Sany, Miff, Jing Ting, and Thony Low, who were not only his mentors but also became friends and even like family to him.

“They taught me more than just business—they shaped my mindset, guided me through tough times, and showed me how to lead,” he explains.

With their guidance, Gao Zhi realized that success wasn’t only about making money, but about growth—both personal and professional. His goal shifted from just generating income to leading a team, building his own business, and helping those around him succeed as well.

A Clear Vision for the Future
Before joining Trend Global, he had no clear vision for his future. He didn’t know what kind of person he would become or what career path he wanted to pursue. Now, everything has changed. His dreams are clear, and his vision for the future is bright. He’s not only creating a path for himself but for others as well, driven by the desire to make his family proud and to bring glory back home.

Staying positive, disciplined, and focused on personal growth is the key to achieving long-term success, and Gao Zhi has embraced this fully. For Gao Zhi, mindset has been the most critical factor in his success.

“You can’t just talk about it; you have to do it.”  – CEO, Trend Global

Alongside his discipline and time management skills, he’s learned that nothing is impossible with the right mindset and work ethic.
